AA Approved Dealership
At Neil Kieran Automotive in Darlington, we have signed up to the official AA Dealer Promise. This is our gold standard commitment to delivering genuine transparency, rigorous vehicle standards, and complete peace of mind with every car we sell.
Official AA Cars Dealer Partner
221 Haughton Road, Darlington, DL1 2LD
Dealerships signed up to the AA Dealer Promise assure customers that they uphold strict automotive retail guidelines. Here is what we deliver on every vehicle in Darlington.
Every vehicle sold at Neil Kieran Automotive comes with at least 6 months independent MOT remaining, ensuring roadworthiness and legal compliance right from day one.
We offer and encourage an accompanied road test so you can get behind the wheel and satisfy yourself that the vehicle completely meets your expectations and lifestyle.
Full document handover on collection or delivery, including the V5C registration certificate, MOT certificate, and all available historical service records.
Every vehicle is thoroughly HPI checked to confirm it has never been stolen, written off in an insurance claim, subject to outstanding finance, or clocked.
We welcome any independent pre-purchase mechanical inspection by AA Cars, RAC, or any qualified technician of your choosing prior to completing your purchase.
Every car is mechanically inspected, professionally prepared, and comprehensively valeted so you drive away with confidence in a vehicle presented to high standards.
Our Darlington dealership is audited by AA Cars once a year to ensure total and continuous compliance with the stringent standards required by the Dealer Promise charter.
You have direct access to escalate any concerns to AA Cars, who act as an independent mediator between buyer and dealer for fair and prompt issue resolution.
Complimentary 12 months AA Breakdown Cover included on all eligible vehicles advertised on AA Cars, protecting you across the UK 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Every qualifying vehicle purchased through Neil Kieran Automotive comes with complimentary 12 months AA Breakdown Cover. Whether you run into a puncture, flat battery, or mechanical breakdown on the road, the UK's leading motoring organisation is on hand to keep you moving.
Our accreditation is not a one-off badge — AA Cars performs an annual audit of our dealership practices, safety documentation, and customer support processes. Furthermore, should you ever have an unresolved concern, AA Cars acts as an independent mediator on your behalf.
